Stephen Moore
CTO
Stephen Moore is a Founder and the Chief Technology Officer of AlphaSix Corporation, where he leads work in large-scale data systems, cybersecurity, and advanced analytics in support of U.S. federal government missions. Over a career spanning nearly three decades, he has built and led engineering teams delivering production systems across domains including intrusion detection, malicious code reverse engineering, and enterprise-scale analytics.
A Virginia Tech alumnus (B.S., Computer Science, 1995), Mr. Moore began his career in information security research and operational defense, working with organizations such as the National Security Agency and MITRE before co-founding Crucial Security, which grew to over 100 engineers and was later acquired by Harris Corporation. He also holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Moore is the inventor on a U.S. patent for a novel anomaly detection technique and has architected multiple large-scale distributed data platforms using modern open-source and commercial technologies.

Robert Stalick
Senior Advisor
Robert “Bob” Stalick has more than 30 years of experience leading and scaling technology companies. He developed deep expertise in bringing innovative products to market—from concept through commercialization—and driving growth in highly regulated and technically demanding environments. Most recently he served as Chief Executive Officer of Acuity, where he oversaw the company’s global strategy and led a workforce of more than 7,000 employees supporting government and commercial clients. During his tenure, he advanced the firm’s growth in cybersecurity and information technology, positioning the organization to address complex and evolving digital threats. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Owl Cyber Defense and previously led Tresys Technology as CEO, guiding the company through its merger with Owl in 2019. Earlier, as Chairman and CEO of Internosis, he led the firm from its founding through a private equity-backed expansion and successful acquisition by EMC. Mr. Stalick began his career in government systems integration, including six years leading the U.S. Department of State’s Computer Security Laboratory. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.

With a career spanning senior roles at Accenture Federal Services, SAIC, and other major integrators, he has built and managed high‑performing teams delivering secure cloud modernization, enterprise IT transformation, and advanced analytics capabilities for national‑security customers. John is known for his ability to bridge technical depth with strategic clarity — aligning complex engineering efforts to real operational outcomes. His background includes program leadership, solution architecture, cybersecurity governance, and large‑scale systems integration across classified and unclassified environments. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. John is also a certified PMP and CISSP, underscoring his blend of technical rigor and disciplined program execution.
